How long does it take an achillies tendon tear to heel after surgery to fix it has been done.?
I am recently of of work because of this and I am just curious how long it takes for me to get back to work.

Just read your question. I came across this info under yahoo answer and wanted to share it with you.
Their answer: "mine took 8 weeks in a hard cast followed by 6 weeks in a soft cast... followed by 6 months of rehab"
Sounds like my friend is going to be out of work for awhile. Sorry.
