Question:

What the heck!?

i was at a track meet just got done running then all the sudden my leg started shaking/vibrating. my foot wasn't falling asleep either. any ideas?


Answers:

Did you stretch before and after the run? Sometimes when you work a muscle too hard it begins to convulse and sieze up, much like a Charlie Horse, but sometimes without the pain. When I work out and do not sufficiently stretch it happens at times. Be sure to drink enough fluids too!
