Does anyone suffer with weak wrists?
my wrist is in agony ,i think i pulled it by pushing my heavy wheelie bin,ive hurt my wrist before when i was washing my daughters hair i have brought a wrist support today but the pain wont stop i have took painkillers to.

'/I had extream wrist pain from playing too much guitar. I developed what is known as tendonitus. What I had to do is wrap it tight and stop playing guitar for a month and it got better. But it can come back if not careful.
Before doing long repetative actions try streatching your arms and rotate your wrists.
Just keep it braced, take painkillers, and keep from doing any long repetative work for a few weeks.
