What is that?

I saw a commercial about this, but i dont know what it is..

A bunch of kids are sticking leeches or something on them- what is this called and is it a drug of some sort? Was it made up for the commercial?

P.S. It was a "Live above the influence" commercial/promo

lol. yea ive seen that comercial about sloming. S-sticking L-leeches O-on M-myself. its basicly asking you if everyone stuck leeches to themselves would you?
