How can I give it up?!

How can I give it up?

I seriously need to quit smoking.
I smoke now more than ever. A pack used to last a few days now only about two.
I have to have one first thing in the morning, after I eat, on my work breaks, after I eat. Whenever I'm doing a project I reward myself with one after I've completed, and I can't go to the club without lighting up. It's bad. But I don't stink like an ashtray.
I ALWAYS make sure to wash my hands and smoke outside,& stay out of other's line of smoke. Weird huh?
I'm afraid when I finesh losing my weight I'll gain it all back. Will I have to exercise twice as hard to keep the weight off?
HELP ME!!!

I actually quit smoking with the aid of blueberries.
Sounds weird, but I saw on TV that tobacco farmers spray the tobacco with sugar (as a preservative). And the more I thought about it, the more I realized I was also addicted to the sugar. I think this is one of the causes of eating too many calories after quitting smoking. Your body is used to all the sugar in the cigarettes, so when the cigs are gone, your body craves candy and other sugary treats.
So, I read that blueberries has slow-metabolizing sugars, so I used them as my primary "craving-fighter" when I quit smoking. Whenever I would have a craving, I'd eat a handful of blueberries. All berries are pretty good for this, if blueberries are not available. But go with fresh, not frozen. And I also ate whole oranges, unpeeling them helped replace the time of smoking.
