Hi,
My bike tire blew while I was peddaling really fast I hurt alot in places I never knew exisisted on my forty year young body...did get xrays nothing is broken just hurts...
wrist is sore and neck is sore too.My left arm is scraped really good too.
My legs and feet are fine :)
My son's think I best give up bike riding for excerise last time I was hit by a truck....geez...I thought biking was healthy and safe...my doctors says start walking instead...oh man...

Vitamin E, or Aloe . Go soak in the bathtub with some epsom salt, it will help with the soreness.
Watch what you are doing with the bike!!
