I aws recentlky in a car accident. A man ran a red light and I hit him going about 45mph.?

I got a serious case of whiplash ...and I was curious...could my internal organs have been bruised (because of the cars sudden stop and the rest of my body wanting to keep going 45). I started my period a few days ago and I had the worst cramps I have ever had (I generally don't get cramps) I was incapacitated and very nauseous. I was wondering if my whiplash could have contributed to that

Did they take you to the hospital? Whiplash will not cause other organs to hurt. I recently rolled my car and fractured 3 vertebrae and have whiplash, and I didn't have any problems with period related cramping afterwards. I think your cramps are related to something else...but if they were really bad you should seek medical advice/care.
