Back pain with corresponding chest pain?!

Back pain with corresponding chest pain?

My husband is having back pain with corresponding chest pain that basically mirrors each other. Its a bit achy and stabbing like and affected with activity. He has a little shortness of breath. I can't get him to go to the doctor at the moment but am looking for information to convince him to go and get it checked out, just in case. Thanks.

The pain isn't constant, primarily only with movement.
