To fix an irritated Eye?
My Mother's contact started really bothering her yesterday, and today her eye is killing her with pain, she believes she may have scratched her Eye. Remedies, anything that can be done to reduce the pain?
Answers:
A scratched cornea is painful...usually sensitive to light. Good news is it heals very quickly. Best thing to do is patch the eye/keep it closed for 24 hours. If it lasts longer than 24 hours there is likely something else going on and she should see an opthalmololgist.
