I had surgery on my gums yesterday and my cheek swelled up.. How can i help the swell?

I really need it to decrease swelling by sunday. i don't know what can help the swelling process

Heat and cold. Anti-inflammatory NSAIDS, Motrin etc... If it doesn't go down after your dentist/surgeon said it should contact them again as you can develop a very serious infection called meningitis.
