Although there's no cure, early diagnosis and treatment can help control it, relieve pain and maintain mobility. Treatment includes conditioning and strengthening exercises, Anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and physical therapy. Some find Yoga and Acupuncture helpful.
