I would go and see an Orthopedic Doctor so that they can get an Xray of your heel. There is a possibility of surgery for the removal of the spur, and then you would become pain free! If you dont want to have surgery i would try some Earth Shoes or even open backed Crocs for walking around with. Physical Therapy may or may not benefit you for that. Either way good luck!
