Why do I feel like this?
i'm at work and i have gone light headed and have tunel vision. I am sweating profusely and to the left of my vision is like a watery surface. Could i be diabetic? I also chew nicotine gum. only 4 gum all day though. ive had some sweet chocolate and feel slightly better. i will go to docs on Monday. i still don't feel right. not much of a pain in my head at all. could it be eye strain? it happened 2 months ago as well. I used to get it years ago when i was playing snooker. not very often though. i don't have much sugar at work

Yes you could be a diabeteic or possibly you may not be eatting properly either way go to the doctors it could be serious!
