What time should I go to sleep if I want to get up at 4:30 am?!
Question:
What time should I go to sleep if I want to get up at 4:30 am?
I want to condition my body to having normal energy as if I were sleeping and waking up at a regular time. But im not sure if this is possible. I have to be at work by 5:00 am and last from there until around 6pm. Now this is only for Mon-Fri. Anyone have any ideas?

It's best to try to get 7 hours of sleep, so try to get to bed around 9:30.
