I think maybe my body clock or circadium rythym is off because it seems like I can't get to sleep?

at the right time anymore, not until early morning hours. How do you get your sleep cycle back on track?


Answers:

The best way is to ease it back in slowly.

Go to sleep tonight an hour before you did the night before. Then the next night an hour before the previous night and so on.

Slowly your body will adjust. Just keep yourself very active during the day to make it easier to fall asleep an hour earlier.

I also have sleeping issues, so I sometimes use over-the-counter sleep aids. Whenever I just cant take the tired anymore (about once a month) I take one to get a good 8 hours in. :)
