Any help for severe diahrrea and upper right abdominal pain?

I have had severe diahrrea for almost 6 weeks with severe indestigestion and GERD and upper right side abdominal pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue and shortness of breath. I have had every test that you can think of. I had my gallbladder out almost 6 years ago.My doctor found nothing but ileutis and IBS-D. But all I was told to do is eat my fiber and go on diet. I called up today and I was in pain he told me to go to the ER. But I can't afford to go to the ER for the 3rd time. What can I do or does anyone know what this is?

Have you tried something simple like pepto-bysmol? My daughter had her gall bladder out 2 years ago and often has the symptoms you describe. She said that a huge part of her body's filter system is gone so food bother's her periodically. All she can do treat the symptoms with pepto-bysol or gasX and ride out the storm until it passes.
