I pulled a muscle on my leg?
I pulled a muscle on my leg and it healed very tight. I am not as flexible now since the muscle healed tight. Are there any exercises that could give me my flexibility back without hurting it and pulling it again?

Besides gently stretching you should massage the muscle. It is shortened and tight because of the adhesion's in the muscle cells that were injured. Warm up and stretch, do not over stretch. You will be fine.
