The inside of my ear hurts when I clench my jaw?!

Question: The inside of my ear hurts when I clench my jaw?
Answers:

Your neck muscles go to the top of your head passing just inside of your ears. When you clench your jaw you are tightening up the muscles in your neck as well and they can press onto the nerves going to your ears to cause that pain. Freeing up your neck muscles will get you relief from that pain and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

ive had that aswell! its soo annoying and never know what it is or how to get rid of it, i always worry cause ive had problems with my ears, operations and my ear drum has burst twice in the past.
so i always worry lol, i think it must just be something to do with the muscles.
cause your ears nose and throat are all connected.
glad im not the only one it happends too lol!
