Arm goes to sleep at night.?!
Question:
Arm goes to sleep at night.?
Usually my left arm, hard to tell when your half asleep, falls asleep at night. I wake up to find a dead arm, not being able to move or feel it at all. So I rub it a little bit and the circulation gets moving again, and in like 10 seconds its completely fine. Its been happening more often. But it is annoying and a little scary. I think its the way i sleep. Its just a habit to sleep on my arm. But is there anyway i can stop this?
Answers:
Try a different pillow or different bed. Regular exercise during the day will improve your circulation and give more restful sleep. Starving your arm of oxygen and blood flow is not something critical, especially if it is occasional but try some changes if it is bothering you, you may get a clot if it becomes severe or chronic so if you feel pain or dizziness after breakfast see a doctor.
