Please help! Pain in lower stomach?

Is this just a regular stomach ache or what?

I wouldn't know since I'm healthy most of the times. Okay, I'm having pain on my lower stomach, but it is mostly centered around the left side of my belly button. It's really weird. It depends how I move, but I tried the heel drop thing to see if it hurt (testing for appendicities), and it did hurt a little, on both the right and left sides. If I sit crouched over, like I am now, typing on my laptop, I feel perfectly fine. If I lay on my back, this may sounds weird, but I feel a pain around my chest and my heart hurts. Yes, my heart. If I stand up, It feels like I have a weight pulling down on the left side of my stomach. I have had this since the day before yesterday. It started out faint, and got slowly worst. Please help! What is this, and is there anyway to treat it on my own or do I need a doctor?!

I get that alot.
I usually take pepto bismol & lay in a position where it doesn't hurt & it is usually gone in about ten minutes.
