This just happened this morning when I woke up. I put on some "Biofreeze" and it didnt help. So im wondering if I should get a check up by the Doc. This has not happened before and I am 13 and im wondering if it is growing pains or something worse.. HELP!!

Answers:

You have pinched muscles in your back causing you those pains. the back muscles often send the pain around the body on the nerves to become pains in the rib, chest or heart areas. The muscles are pinched by the spine so when you sneeze or anything like that you are putting more pressure on the spine area to cause more pain. Freeing up your back muscles will get rid of both pains and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Well Weight I'd say anywhere from about 112-130 maybe since your so tall. And your growing. The hurts to breathe, sneeze, and cough is not linked to the whole breast thing. If its still there in 3 days, have your parents take you to the doctor. But right now,its nothing to worry about! (:
