I wake up with cramps in my calf's. Is there any way to prevent them?!

I wake up with cramps in my calf's. Is there any way to prevent them?

They're very painful and keep me awake for half an hour-45 min while I try to work them out.

Your muscles are crying out for calcium and potassium. Eat bananas for the potassium and drink milk for the calcium. Oh yeah, and vitamin D3 for calcium absorption.
