Is it safe to mix Carisoprodol with Hydrocodone?!


Question:

Is it safe to mix Carisoprodol with Hydrocodone?

The Carisoprodol is a muscle relaxer I think, and it says to take one every night before bed. And then the hydrocodone is take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. They were both prescribed by different doctors..can I take them both together?

Oh I just read on the carisoprodol container that it's substituted for Soma. I don't know if that helps, I've never heard of either one of them lol.

Yes, I used to take both for TMJ symptoms. Taken together they will caused marked drowsiness, but since the SOma is at bedtime anyway, it shouldn't be a problem for you.
