How do I keep the Nicoderm CQ patch from sweating off?
I'm using the Nicoderm CQ patch to quit smoking. I have a physically active job (construction) and the patch keeps sweating off. I can't afford to go through two or three of these patches every day. How do I keep them from falling off while I'm sweating? I've been placing them on my upper arm where the bicep and tricep meet. Should I try a different spot?

I found that the only thing that worked for me was waterproof first aid tape. I garden and found the same thing happening so used the tape to hold it on. Make sure to use the waterproof tape though or same thing will happen.
