Having trouble with sleeping routine.?

Actually I sleep fine, the problem is that i messed up my routine, i go to bed too late & wake up late, i woiuld like to be able to get back to getting up early however when i try to do so by setting my alarm clock, i am either too exhausted or dont have the discipline. Any ideas on how i can either put myself to sleep earlier or discipline myself to get up in the morning.

I faced this problem and felt it was difficult to tackle, surprisingly it wasn't as difficult as i thought. See if this works for u:
Sleep early and decide how long should u sleep, say 7 hours. For the first day put alarm after 7.5 hours. Keep murmuring to urself that u have to get up by xxx a.m. and go to sleep. And when ur alarm rings in the morning get up anyhow !!! u'll find this a bit difficult on first 2 days...
Follow this for 3-4 days and on 5th day you'll automatically get up at the same time, ur body clock gets timed well. After that every morning when u r slightly awake, remind urself that u might loose the good habit and just get up... Very soon in 7-10 days u'll get used to good sleeping routine.
