How can i heal my calves cramp?!


Question:

How can i heal my calves cramp?

yesterday i was skating for 4 hours straight.(the longest ive ever skated for)when i skated home suddenly both of my calves had a cramp, since the sharp pain hurted so badly i droped on the ground holding both my calve and punching them till the pain was gone. its the worst pain ever. so then after walkn home REALLY REALLY slowly for like 2.7 miles. i finnally got home and i laid in my bed, then suddenly the pain came out of no where and hurted me again.After 2 hours later the same cramp came back again. then today no cramps cause i barely walked. but problem is that my calves feel as if there is like a bruise behind my skin, like everytime i try to walk, i feel my musicle tightens and wont release it. and its allready 2:25 am in the morning and it still hurts. i really want to get back on my skateboard and start skating but if iam not at my 100% then i cant skate cause my left leg is killing me. please tell me how i got the cramp in the 1st place? and how long will it take to heal?

ok i know that the cramp is gone but the pain inside the calve it still painful. like if walk or take a step my calves starts to hurt, not from the cramp, but from what the cramp left from yesterday

This has happened to me before. Your calf hurt the next day because it was still sore from your cramp. Remember to drink water to keep from getting dehydrated, stretch, and take it easy. Don't over do exercise, work your way up to where you want to go. A good way to stretch out your muscles is to sit on the floor and pull your toes and the balls of your feet toward you.
