How do i get back into a normal sleeping pattern?!


Question:

How do i get back into a normal sleeping pattern?

As a teenger i was for some reason tempted to pull an all nighter and now my sleeping schedule is all screwed up. I really don't wanna keep sleeping til four in the afternoon when it's summer. Is there anyway to get back into a normal pattern?

Didn't really know what category to put this in hope this is okay lol.


Answers:

Set your alarm for your old wake-up time (say 7am). Drink coffee all day and force yourself to stay awake. By ten pm you will want your bed. Get up and do this every day until you are back to a normal pattern. If you wake up at 1am and can't get back to sleep, when you want to be asleep, take 25 mg. of Benadryl. Most adults can safely take 25 mg every 6 hours.
