Tuesday night my TV turned on by itself and..?!


Question:

Tuesday night my TV turned on by itself and..?

I thought I may have lent on it but when I looked for the remote I found it on the floor with the batteries out! this has really freaked me out and I haven't been able to seep since because I keep thinking something is watching me or going to do something else what can i do to take my mind of this while trying to sleep?, Im 20 and feel like a right Fool.
