I bit the inside of my cheek REALLY bad, enough to make a big hole and now it's !

I bit the inside of my cheek REALLY bad, enough to make a big hole and now it's a closed sore thats white.

i went to the denstist to get a cavity fixed and i got my mouth frozen. It was so heavily done that i couldn't feel anyyything so unknowingly, i kept biting the inside of my cheek until it started bleeding and it doens't hurt, but half my face is swollen and it just looks really bad :( how can i get rid of this??

It is normal that it turns white in your mouth - rinse with mild warm salt water and apply honey - this will help greatly - If your face is swollen I would suggest a Doctors opinion :-) good luck
