I have had a headache for 6 weeks around my left temple. now I 'm having blurred vision occasionally. Any idea

I have no other symptoms, no head trauma, nothing has changed in my life, diet, etc. and I normally don't even get headaches. It is a constant dull pain from the minute I wake until I go to sleep. My vision also seems to be the same. I had an MRI done- anxiously waiting for results. Excedrin, Sudafed headache etc. don't work for me. Any ideas?
