I need a Dr House for bug bites!!!?

I noticed a bite on my leg the other day...initially it was a small red inflammation. Thought nothing of it, few hours later it had the appearance of a bulls eye. Called Doctor, went in next day, got blood work for lymes and started taking doxycycline....however.. now on day 2 of doxy and the bite has expanded, lost the bulls eye and gotten much darker and almost pale in some spot...skin is now tight and somewhat tender. Do I wait out the medication cycle (14 days) or do I go in to doctors again...I can provide picture if necessary...

See you doctor immediately. The doxy might not doing any good to those bites.
