You can, but be sure you get the OK from your surgeon. The altitude change will make your ankle swell a lot so that's the only thing I see that could be a problem. Be sure you bring a compressive ankle wrap for the flight to keep the swelling down and do your ankles exercises to keep the ankle from getting stiff. But I can't stress enough, ask your surgeon for the OK. Hope this helps!
