Hmm...my friend is really drunk and hasn't eaten food all day.... is there a way to help her?
she says her head hurts and she's nauseus what can i do to help her

keep a trash can close to her at all times, try to make her eat a piece or two of plain bread, so she'll have something more solid in her stomach to help absorb the alcohol and actually have something to throw up other than liquid. get a cold wet hand towel and keep it on her face and neck. once she's at the point where she won't throw up anymore, have her take a couple tylenol with water and go sleep it off, and keep that trash can close to her bed. hopefully she'll learn her lesson and not drink on an empty stomach again.
