Upper back pain?
i woke up this morning and i noticed that I have a little pain near my right shoulder blade. It hurts when i take a deep breath or bend down to pick something up. It's sort of like a stiff pain, not a sharp one. I'm 20 years old, and i'm pretty healthy (168 lbs as of 2 hours ago). Any ideas what it is?

sounds like musculoskeletal pain. the association with taking a deep breath could mean something to do with your pleura - the covering of your lungs.
since your 20 years old, this is normal. if it continues for a week, then maybe see your doctor. it's nothing emergent to be worried about. try some ibuprofen and massage.
