How long will it take for burns from an airbag to go away?
I was in a car accident, where the airbag deployed and hit me in the face. I have a few burns on my face (chin and nose) along with a hairline fracture in my nose that supposedly shouldn't produce a deformity. How long will it take for the burns and bruising to go away from the airbag? My eyes are slightly bruised, but not too badly. I just have some swelling around my nose and just barely noticeable around my eyes.

If this just happened today, apply some ice to the affected areas. As long as the fracture is minor, the swellling and bruising should start to heal in just a couple of days......the bruising may get a little worse before it gets better, don't be alarmed.
