How do i stop the bleeding eye from a cut?
My 2 year old son cut the white of his eye underneath the bottom of his eye lid. We took him to the ER and they gave us some creme. But his eye is bleeding. Not real bad only when you pull down and look. My question(s) are what can i do to stop this bleeding? Will it stop on its own? Is it possible that this creme is keeping it from healing? He dont act like it hurts and he seems to be able to see, he is still active. Should I keep him from playing?

make sure you keep his eye moist...that will help it heal fast. keep putting the creme on it, and as long as he isn't complaining it should be ok. just watch it, and if it isn't any better in about a week or so, take him back to the doctor. continue letting him play, but make sure he doesn't rub that eye with his eyes, especially if they are dirty. hope this helps.
