What foods are there that have good potassium? Does pineapple have potassium?!

Question:

What foods are there that have good potassium? Does pineapple have potassium?

i'm trying to find foods that are good for muscle cramps, i was thinking pineapple, i know raisins do, i have fibromyalgia and my muscles have been cramping a lot lately, ( muscles throughout my body, like my arms and hands ) whatever muscles are used in repetative motions, like typing and using the mouse, crocheting, etc,,, basically anything i do that causes the same muscles to be used in the same movements over and over.

i like pineapple more than raisins, lol i get tired of raisins.
anyway what other foods that i can get in a normal grocery store have potassium, oh and please don't tell me banana's i Hate them! lol

Can anyone help me figure this out?
