I have a sore throat and it feels swollen. I have tried everyting and nothinge works. HELP ME!!!!!?

It hurts to even talk! I cant take this, I have a 20 month old I have to take care of and talk to! Please help me figure out what I can do to fix this. Home remedies whatever!

try peppermint tea with lemon and honey. Gargle with salt water, you can take an antiinflammatory like ibuprofrin or aleve. If you get a fever, or it lasts longer than 3 days without starting to subside, talk to your doctor.
