Why do i find it so difficult to wake up in the mornings and stay awake for the next couple of hours?
Could anyone suggest some 'pick-me-up' activities so I can continue to be awake. Trouble is I'm not a morning person! i compensate for the late mornings by going to bed late. I wake up early, get the kids off to school and then the temptation to sleep overcomes me!!!! Exercising and even going for a morning walk sounds great but I just can't get myself to do any of that.

this case has too many similars , just like me , you can just perform morning excersises in addition to take multivitamins with light breakfast to activate body , thats all , I solved this problem this way.
