It's True a Sinus Infection for 4 years!?
I was given an MRI due to headaches. Unique ones..very unique. On one side..right side. Well, the MRI was 4 years ago stating a sinus infection(moderate). I NEVER received treatment since they never mentioned to treat it. Headaches contined.kept giving them money(office visits). I do also have a lesion in white matter..so they were concerned about that 4 years ago..and maybe forgot about the sinus problem. Well, went back for an MRI three weeks ago...and now signifigant sinus infection...they gave me levaquin for one month 500mg...I am a little better...but still not even 70 percent better. I am almost done with the month script. Now what? I also have a sinus cyst. I feel very useless! And now developing double vision! I am only 38....feel like 83! I am needing much advice..Scared! Frustrated! Do you think 4 years of not getting treatment really did me in? Girl desperate for suggestions from Chicago!

WOW! you need sinus surgery to clean everything out and start fresh. Go to Suburban Ear Nose and Throat in Arlington Heights, IL. They are affiliated with Northwest Hospital. Great surgeons, they will fix you up. My husband had a botched sinus surgery from a MD in Chicago, and Dr. Petchenik from Suburban ENT fixed everything 10 yrs ago and still no new of recurring problems.
