Bellybutton pain?!

Bellybutton pain?

I have been having weird pains in my bellybutton, it is like a stabbing pain, and it only comes when it has pressure put on it. It didnt start until I quit smoking, I basically just quit cold turkey, I have cheated yeah, but in three days I have only had a total of 5 ciggarettes. Either way it hurts if I roll over in my sleep, or when I lean down and my lower ab tightens up, etc.

I had one person tell me they had the same problems when they quite smoking, but either way it feels real weird and Im not able to do my training with it hurting like that. I dont want to go and see a doctor just for them to tell me something like we have to run these $200 tests on you, and then with my luck by the time its all said and done I'll owe like a grand in medical bills and it just turned out to be related to the smoking.

I wanted to ask here first, see if anyone else has experienced this kind of thing. Thanks.

I have a little medical experience and have never heard of the two being related either. I would defitnely have it checked out. And if you don't have insurance, I would go to some sort of clinic or urgent care and be seen by there doc. And based on what he tells you, you can agree or refuse to do any testing of any kind.
