Can someone help me with this doctors staff problem? Have had problems in the past over my husband's scripts &

He had an appt. today and we got the reminder call yesterday. Today he was told he had no appt. My hubby is a stroke victim and I take care of his affairs.Approx. 8 months ago I was handed a note (supposedly from the doc) saying I had ben rude to his staff which was his family! There is a 24 hr. call ahead for scripts-and I know this.Several times i called ahead and when trying to pick them up was told I had not called. All I responded with was "have you changed the policy to where it takes 48 hrs. to get a prescription?"I knew d----well I had called. Now today this! Don't want to call back today as I am too mad -changing drs. is possible but a lot of hassle--and we like the PA my hubby sees. The receptionist who made the appt. is someone I use to work with years ago at a cleaning company and we worked different shifts and had no hard feelings but I wonder if she is doing this for some reason regarding me knowing her when she scrubbed toliets, she was trouble-maker at last job.

made the call-hubby went in and cancelled himself-went next door to Applebee's -had a beer--sent him by driver -so not the staff's fault

For the doctor to have such a rude, inconsiderate and incompetent staff is unconscionable... PLEASE change doctors ASAP!!!!!! You are risking your husband's health staying with these clowns!

I don't take **** like that from my grandfather's oncologist, his health is far too important.
