What is happening to my upper lip? What is it?!

Question: What is happening to my upper lip? What is it?
So about 4 days ago, I wanted to pop this little blister that appeared over my top lip. I did and it hurt like crazy but finally it deflated. 2 days later, it was filled with pus and became a zit, so I popped it. I cleaned it up and everything was ok. The next day during Bio class, I feel this little blister also on the top of my lip and it hurts, but it wasn't the one that I popped. I kept rubbing it to see what it was and it became very red, and I accidentally scraped it with my fingernail. The next morning I saw it had turned into a huge scab and another little one appeared on the top of my lip/skin above lip. I do not like what is going on and I am extremely worried. I have never had any oral sex with my boyfriend at all, and I'm very worried. It can't be herpes because obviously I've never done those things, but it can't be a canker sore because those happen in the mouth, so what is this? And btw my boyfriend is a very loyal bf and does not cheat, just to rule out any of you who will say, "Oh he cheated and got you herpes" or something like that. I need to know what this is. Please HELP!

Answers:

don't worry its nothing. It may just have been a skin reaction. Just let it heal by itself and you will be fine

You could possibly have cold sores don't mess with it or else it'll make it worse.
