Answers:

yes it takes about 7 to 10 days but after your body has a chance to filter out most of toxins that you have been putting in it you will feel better sleep better food will taste better. I quit 10 years ago and now I feel like I never smoked a day in my life. my dad is physician and he smoked for over 25 years and now he has been smoke free for 47 years and he feels great for someone in their 70's. it is hard in the beginning but you can get over the hump. and join us on the non smokers side.

Yes. Your muscles need oxygen to work properly. If you quit smoking, your respiration will improve, and your body will be able to get more oxygen to your muscles, improving both energy levels and stamina.

At first no. My mom quit smoking and she was tired and ticked off all the time but about after a week or so she was more upbeat and kinda seemed happier too.

obviously. your lungs would be working less due to more of your air sacs not being killed off by your constant smoking! whatever sacs you have left... the ones you killed off wont regenerate..so stop now

It's hard to say,Also may become worse

No, You will feel worse. Get a brain and stop polluting the air.
