I walk around barefoot a lot, I'm developing a bump on the bottom of my foo!

Question: I walk around barefoot a lot, I'm developing a bump on the bottom of my foot?
It's in the middle near my toes. It's effecting the way I walk with that foot because it's a little painful to step on it sometimes. It almost feels like it's apart of my foot. Like maybe I stepped on a rock and skin grew over it. Is this possible?

Answers:

If u walk around barefoot on say concrete or asphalt a lot, then u may start to form a callus on your foot and it will harden over time but befoire it is a callus, it has to be a blister so have fun with that...

It's hard to tell without knowing the size and what it looks like, but it could be a verruca? They are transferred in water, so maybe you stepped where someone else did who had one. I'm pretty sure it's not possible to have a rock beneath your skin lol. I'm not sure. You should probably go to a doctor to confirm what it is :)

Me.

Does it have any skin surface "change" associated with the bump? If so, it might be a:

Otherwise might be a bone fragment, or start of arthritis. If it is limiting how you live, then see a doctor.

The most common disorder that occurs on the bottom of the foot and presents like a soft lump in the arch region is known as a Plantar Fibroma.
