Do you pop your knuckles a lot? You could have rubbed away the cartilage between bones, and it causes a brittle rubbing of bones against each other. My joints also hurt a lot when they are too cold. Try wearing gloves or something. If it is a cartilage problem, you should see a doctor and get some sort of pain killer. Could be arthritis.
