hi, my wrists hurts alot when i move it left to right or forwars and back, i dont know how i done it.
what should i do to help relieve pain?

uhmm take some advil. and its normal...sometimes wrist tend to hurt alot....are you in sports? but move it around alot! and if it does still hurt after a while...go see a doctor! or mabey put a warm clothe on it.
