I'm into fitness but when I try to do any ab workouts my abs cramp up really bad. what causes this?
I went in to the doctor and they said nothing was wrong but it bothers me because i cant work my abdominals. I would like to know whats making them cramp so i can fix it and be able to work them out more.

probably if you've not exercised in a while it's because they are not used to the work out. find some stretches to do before your workout and warm the muscles up good before crunching them. Drink more water and ask your dr about calcium or magnesium supplements.
