Green bugs?!

Green bugs?

Lately I've been seeing a lot of green bugs, they always somehow end up on me. What are they and are they harmful?

Answers:

Sounds like Aphids.. They are usually out this time of year and are harmless to humans. They actually eat plants :)
Do a google search for "green aphids"
