Hurt wrist playing guitar!!?
It hurts to bend it back... what is it? carpal tunnel syndrome (sp?)? or what? should i use ice or heat? wrap it... stretch it??

I see several answers and none of them mention the most common reason for pain in the fingering hand;
Bad Technique.
If you hold your hand wrong it CAN hurt.
Pain is always a sign that something is wrong.
Seek a competent guitar teacher.
Have him show you the proper way to hold your instrument. If you do what a good teacher tells you to do, it should fix the problem. If not, you need to see an orthopedic doctor.
